Rules
======
1.) Banner can be no smaller than 392x141, and no bigger than 600x200.
2.) Banner must be transparent, or have a black background.
3.) The colors must flow with the forum.
4.) The text must contain 'User Insight'; all other text is at your discretion.

Reward
======
The winner of this contest gets their banner switched with the current site banner for all to see. If you are not in the graphics crew, then you will also get a free pass into the group.

-All submission are due by next Friday(October 1 2010)
-All submissions are to be PM'd directly to muffIn
